Question: Why Meridian Solid Surface?
Answer: Meridian Solid Surface® is a premium surfacing product that is highly resistant to household stains and can be cleaned with soap and water as well as many household chemicals without damage to the product. Meridian Solid Surface® can also be scrubbed with a stiff-bristle brush making it the preferred product for any household whose water contains iron or other staining minerals.
The color of Meridian Solid Surface® is consistent throughout, which means that minor scratches and damage can be sanded away using everyday products and materials. For these and many other reasons too numerous to mention, Meridian Solid Surface® is the preferred surfacing material for all shower products.

Question: Does Meridian Solid Surface® require any special care?
Answer: Meridian Solid Surface® can be cleaned with soap and water as well as many household chemicals without damage to the product. See our Care and Maintenance Statement for additional details.

Question: When will I receive my shipment?
Answer: All TowerShowers.com products are made to order.
When we have received your signed order confirmation and payment, your order will be scheduled for production. From that point, your order will take approximately 2 weeks to produce and will be crated and shipped upon completion. You will receive an email notification from us when your order ships. This confirmation will include the name and telephone number of the carrier, the tracking number of your shipment, and specific instructions regarding your responsibilities upon receipt of your shipment.

Question: Can I get a sample of your colors?
Answer: While all of our colors are shown on this website, we are pleased to offer actual color samples upon request. The cost is $10.00 each and includes shipping via US Mail or UPS Ground Shipment.

Question: Is Meridian Solid Surface® shiny?
Answer: All Meridian Solid Surface® products are offered in matte finish.

Question: Can my TowerShowers.com product(s) be delivered to my home?
Answer: All TowerShowers.com products are quoted for delivery to the carrier's destination terminal that is nearest to your home. When quoted and approved, Tower Industries will arrange for delivery of your shipment to the carrier's destination terminal ONLY. You are responsible for arranging to pickup the shipment at the destination terminal or to make the necessary arrangements to have it delivered to your home. Depending on local availability, the carrier may or may not be able to offer this additional service. ALL CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

Question: Will my TowerShowers.com product(s) match the color sample?
Answer: Meridian Solid Surface® is a natural product and is made, in part, of natural minerals. As such, natural variations in color and pattern will occur and are to be accepted as with all natural products. Due to the natural minerals that we use in the manufacturing process, your TowerShowers.com product will be similar to the sample, but may not match exactly. This applies to all samples, whether they are physical samples or digital samples/photos from this website. TowerShowers.com will not be held responsible for differences in color perception due to your computer's display settings or color resolution.
