HOW TO REQUEST A QUOTE ON A SHOWER BASE1. Download a Proposal Request form in pdf format by clicking here. If you do not have a pdf reader on your computer, feel free to download the lastest version of Acrobat Reader at Adobe.com. You may also want to download a sample Proposal Request form by clicking here.2. Measure your Shower a. Measure your shower to/from the face of the unfinished wall studs. b. If your shower includes angles or clipped corners, measure the width of ALL sides. c. Measure the location of your shower drain to the CENTER of the drain, from at least two adjacent stud walls. 3. Calculate the Finished Size of your Shower Base a. Allow 1/8" space between the edge of the shower base and each stud wall that it adjoins. b. Adjust the finished size of your shower base to compensate for your chosen threshold. (See Threshold Selection Video for help deciding) 4. Calculate your Finished Drain Location a. Be sure to allow for the 1/8" space between the edge of the shower base and the adjoining walls. 5. Draw your Shower Base on the PROPOSAL REQUEST for SHOWER BASE form. a. Show measurements for at least two adjacent sides of your shower base. b. If your shower base includes angles or clipped corners, show dimensions for ALL sides of your shower base. c. Be sure to show the OVERALL size of your shower base, from furthest point to furthest point (if different from other measurements). d. Indicate your drain location with a circle. e. Show measurements for your drain location from at least two (2) adjacent sides. 6. Send the completed PROPOSAL REQUEST for SHOWER BASE form to us a. via email to proposal.request@towersurfaces.com b. via fax to 330.837.2642 c. via US Mail. Click here for our address. 7.
