Custom Shower Base Thresholds Our custom Meridian® Solid Surface shower bases are shipped with rigid water dams in place. The water dams on the sides that abut walls will be concealed when your installation is complete. However, a shower threshold is required in order to bridge over the water dam on the open side(s) and provide a finished transition from the finished floor to the surface of the shower base.
We offer four styles of custom thresholds to ensure that your custom Meridian® Solid Surface shower base will meet your expectations regardless of your site conditions. Custom shower base thresholds are offered in your choice of several standard colors for maximum versatility and coordination with your décor, but are typically ordered in the same color as your Meridian® Solid Surface shower base.
