However, despite our best efforts to package our products securely, damage will occasionally occur in transit. Please take a moment to review the following receiving guidelines to ensure that your TowerShowers.com product(s) have arrived in good condition.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation from us when your product ships. This communication will include the carrier's Shipment Tracking Number and the address and telephone number of the destination terminal for your reference.
CONTACT THE CARRIER'S DESTINATION TERMINAL
Contact the terminal on the day that your shipment is due to arrive
Schedule a mutually convenient time to pick up your shipment
UPON ARRIVAL AT THE TERMINAL
Inspect the crate for any obvious signs of damage
Open the crate to inspect for concealed damage
TAKE YOUR TIME TO INSPECT THE SHIPMENT!
ALL damage, no matter how slight, MUST be noted on the receiving paperwork in order for the carrier to process a damage claim.

Take your new TowerShowers.com shower product(s) home, install, and enjoy!
IF THERE IS DAMAGE
Note ALL damage in a conspicuous place on the receiving paperwork prior to signing for your shipment.
Request to initiate a damage claim before leaving the terminal. The carrier's personnel will then advise you regarding the claim process and whether to take your shipment with you or leave it on their dock for inspection.
PLEASE NOTE: Tower Industries, Ltd. cannot initiate a damage claim for you. The responsibility to initiate a damage claim rests solely with the receiving party.
